Google announced that it had new “software principles”
designed to fight a common complaint with search toolbars: that
consumers are uncertain how they got installed on their computers in the
first place, that they don’t like the often ad-heavy search results
they generate or that it’s hard to get them removed.
Despite this, a recent post by
privacy advocate Ben Edelman accuses Google partner IAC of preying on
unsuspecting users. Such behavior, if true, doesn’t seem to mesh with
Google’s standards. (This isn’t the first time IAC has been accused of getting away with violating Google policies.) Meanwhile, a post on
Seeking Alpha by hedge fund manager Eiad Asbah highlights issues with
AVG. That post also suggested that a new crackdown would happen, and
postulated that the Yahoo relationship was meant to protect AVG if
problems arose with Google.
AVG recently signed search contracts with Google and Yahoo, and we are
continuing to work closely with them as a strategic partner on numerous
fronts. AVG wants to ensure that peoples’ online experiences are
transparent and safe. While search makes up a portion of our business,
we are first and foremost a security and privacy company and are very
aligned with Google in their efforts to make the web a better and safer
place.

To do mastering in Facebook Ads, One has to go through Facebook Ads reporting systems and analysis.
Everyday plenty of users logon to Facebook, spend noteworthy amount of time on Facebook. Hence there is lots of possibility that user will click on ads. i.e. lots of ad impressions, impression numbers and very small click through rate for Facebook advertisers.
So we need to understand different types of Facebook reports to identify key data in a ocean of numbers, what type of ads each report is best used for, and Excel pivot table settings to create meaningful, beautiful reports quick. After exporting reports from Facebook, emphasize all of the raw data, then select Data in the menu bar to drop down, and then choose “Pivot Table” to open in a new tab. Pivot tables save advertisers time in reporting because to add new data as it populates simply copy and paste the new data in and refresh the table. Here are few important Facebook reports and its usage:-

It seems Google is not in the mood to stop fire from his gun
on spamming, irrelevant backlinks and duplicate content. Also there is a truth
that few spammers now changing its strategy as per Google Panda firework. They
now start doing spamming for their competitors website like backlinks spamming
to make them suffer with Panda. Don’t know how valid it is and what will Google
do against these kind of spammers.
Few in this post I am sharing few quick action items for
your website to protect it from Google Panda:-
Ø
Avoid Duplicate Content – Almost all search engines
now working on its algorithm to kick out duplicate content websites from its
ranking. So the very first thing now to keep in mind is to avoid duplicate content.
Use rel=”canonical” if you want to use same content on different pages or block
pages via robots.txt.
Ø
Choose preferred domain in webmaster tools to avoid
any confusion for crawler.
Ø
Avoid low
quality and low value content as the main objective of Google Panda is to
provide users the pure and relevant content for its users. Delete any content
that you think is of that kind.
Ø
Avoid spamming which is either in the form of
poor quality backlinks, spammy profile links etc.

Google Panda Refresh Rolled Out Again in Year 2013

Google has announced a new Panda refresh, making this
version number 24. This refresh has a noticeable impact 1.2% of English based
queries according to Google.
I was noticing impact in Google ranking (Drop and Increase) of many Popular websites and things look pretty confirmed with many webmasters, business owners and
SEO agencies have witnessed major drops and upward trends in rankings
since January 17, 2013 this month and expected for another Panda/Penguin update from Google. And Here It Is !!!! Google might eventually make it a regular practice similar to crawling
where back links are evaluated on run time and contribute to the websites
performance more swiftly.
However Google call it small impact of just 1.2%, we all know how much that matters to any business.

Facebook challenging Google, Yelp, Foursquare and others
with both hands by introducing its ‘Graph Search’ - ‘Mission is to make the world more open and
connected’ , ‘the tools to map out their relationships with the people and
things they care about’.
Graph Search will appear as a bigger search bar at the top
of each page. Graph Search and web search are different from each other. As web
search is designed to take a set of keywords and provide the best possible
results that match with those keywords. But with Facebook Graph Search you
combine phrases to get that set of people, places, photos or other content
that's been shared on Facebook.
Graph Search is a new way for you to find people, photos,
places and interests that are most relevant to you on Facebook. Graph Search will
help you instantly find others, learn more about them and make connections,
explore photos, quickly find places like local attractions and restaurants, and
learn about common interests like music, movies, books and more. With Graph
Search, you can search for people, photos, places and interests. To do the
search in Facebook Graph Search engine, type your search into the blue bar at
the top of the page. As you start to type, suggestions appear in a drop down.
You can refine your search using the tools on the right-hand side of the page.
Facebook isn’t launching a traditional search engine like
Google or Bing is — this is a social search engine, and possibly the one most
likely to succeed due to Facebook’s billion-plus user base and the vast amounts
of data that users put into Facebook.
